Holoport Vision does not collect any data about you. There is no server, no account and no analytics. Nothing you open in the app ever leaves your device.
When you choose a video, Holoport Vision reads it, finds the person in it and turns them into a hologram. All of that processing happens on your Apple Vision Pro using Apple's on-device frameworks. Your video is never transmitted anywhere, and neither is the hologram made from it.
The holograms you create are saved inside the app's own storage on your device, together with the names you give them. They stay there until you delete them or delete the app. Deleting a hologram in the app removes it from the device. We have no copy, because there is nowhere for a copy to go.
Nothing. Specifically, Holoport Vision does not collect or transmit:
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking of any kind. It makes no network requests in the course of doing its job.
The app asks for permission to read your photo library so that you can pick a video to turn into a hologram. It uses that access only to read the specific item you choose. It does not browse, index, scan or upload your library, and it never writes to it.
Holoport Vision is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
There are none. No data is shared or sold, because none is collected. If you install the app through Apple, Apple's own privacy policy governs your relationship with them, including anything you choose to send them such as crash diagnostics.
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Any change that involved collecting data would be described plainly and would arrive with an app update you choose to install.
